Bridal Lingerie for My Honeymoon Night

I guess I am old. When my daughter was getting married I was asked by her maid of honor to go lingerie shopping to choose the bridal lingerie for the honeymoon night. When I saw what women are wearing now I was shocked. I had never wore anything like I saw there. In my days I wore a nightgown and it was not silk that was for sure! As I looked around the boutique I was trying to imagine my little girl in those outfits and I just could not do it. I think her friend noticed my motions and asked me if I was sure I was up for this. Agreeing I just told her to pick something, but I was not helping her. She chuckled a nd then started looking through hangers to find the perfect piece. She did choose a nice white lingerie set with a camisole included. At least I could breath a sigh of relief that she got white. You know what that means to a mother? It means all her teachings were not in vain.
