Upon graduating, Tim was all set to start his career with a good company. He got selected as a sales officer in a consumer durable company. He got a chance to put all his theoretical knowledge into practice and got to learn a lot from the job. With hard work and determination he got promoted into a managerial post and was given additional responsibilities. Even though the work environment was healthy, he wanted to grow his financial structure at a rapid pace. He was soon approached by a multinational group that offered him double his present salary package and promised additional perks. Only once Tim started work at this new workplace, did he realize that the work environment was taking a toll on his health. The hours that he was asked to put in at work always exceeded by a wide margin. He had to make frequent visits to the company&rsquos power plant which affected his health. This was not a part of his job upon hire. He was soon detected medically unfit and had to quit. Tim gets unemployment benefits quit job and stays at home. This is because he quit his job for a good cause and this entitled him to get benefits for the same. |

If you want someone to do something about a purchase you've made recently that wasn't to your standard or maybe you have had a problem with a trader not issuing you a refund and your based in and around scotland then you probably want to know who can help you. The consumer advice bureau scotland would be one place you could try as they offer independant free advice, they also know all the latest laws and regulations regarding the sale and purchase of goods. You'll get shown what the first step you need to take is all the way through to you receiving the outcome that is the best for you. Alternatively you could go and speak to a solicitor which could of course cost you money but I would recommend you check what your bank provides you with as sometimes they will offer a solicitor in with certain accounts. These are quite often accounts that you have to pay a small fee for, but why not use it if you are paying for it? |
