• When you plan to leave town during winter season, shut off the main water supply and open the entire faucet to drain all the water remaining in the pipe. When the pipe is empty there is nothing to freeze. Call a reliable electrician to install the insulation to the pipes.

Have you heard of people who say that your hair has a lot to say about you. If you have untidy hair, then you are not a neat person and if you have neat hair then you are neat person. The type of car you drive also says a lot about you. If you own a Mercedes, then you have some type of class and you are a very sophisticated person. If you have a minivan then that means that you are a family kind of person. If you have a sports car depending on what age you are, either you love a very fast way of life or you are going through a massive case of mid life crisis. The same applies even to your carpet cleaning. How you do it portrays in the status of the carpet at the end of the day. When you see a clean carpet you will know that the person who owns it is a clean person and holds cleanliness in high regard. If your carpet is dirty then people will be able to gauge for themselves what kind of person you are.

My brother has always been the neat kind of people. His room was always organized and every time I stepped in his room and messed with it he could tell because I always forgot to return something in place. This is not something that occurred over night, but it is just how he is. I remember when we were kids, he used to be on my parents good graces because after he played with his toys, he put them all away and that was not the same thing with me. You would know the location I was in the house because all the toy clatter led you to me. When he moved out and I used to visit him once in a while, at times I would find him using his carpet cleaners to make his place cleaner. I never understood why he would not vacuum his carpet like I did mine. Why would he have to have to deal with all the soap and water. Anyway that is what made him who he was, and I am very certain that that is a trait he got from our mother because she acted the same way. |

The Perez clan has been our long-time neighbours. They live just a few meters away from us and our families have become really good friends. The children all go to the same school, so they hang out most of the time. When there are special occasions at home, they are always invited to come over. Our daughter, Mylie, sleeps over their house on many weekends. We have really become so close that we treat each other like family. So when we were renovating our roofs, and they recommended that felt roofing would be a good idea, we trusted them completely. They also offered to call some people whom they know would do a great job at installing these roofs. We were so grateful because our thoughtful neighbours were really kind enough to offer help in any way, even when without our asking. They even volunteered to drive the kids to school, so that we can concentrate on the construction. When at last it was done, my husband and I decided to prepare a nice dinner for our ever dependable neighbours. |
