If pay pal realizes that someone is in the site illegally then they will be disqualified from the site. Strict measures were imposed due to the rise of cases of pay pal scams. These scams have led to a lot of people losing a huge amount of money. As a result pay pal decided to curb this problem by employing some safety measures that are aimed at protecting its users. The first thing that pay pal did was to warn all its users about the scams and what happens during this period. Users were advised not to give confidential information to other users unless they are genuine pay pal officials. They were urged to confirm first with the site through the various means of communication about anything before taking any action regarding private information in their accounts.
