There are many reasons behind why at times the speed of the internet is affected gravely from really fast to slow. the rapid change of weather can be a cause, for example if there is a ravishing flood that affects the wireless technology and in most cases even causing a black out. So if you are trying to watch a clip from you tube but it is loading very slowly, then you should ask yourself why is youtube loading so slow. As mentioned earlier, it could be the weather affecting the connection of internet, or at other times it could be due to the fact that you are trying to download to much stuff at the same time and thus affecting the speed at which youtube is loading. If you do not subscribe to internet that is high speed, then there is a high possibility that you will not only have a problem with youtube but other websites too. So that is why it is important to opt for high speed internet that will not only be highly reliable but also less time consuming and frustrating.
